The American Institute of Architecture’s DC headquarters, re-inaugurated as the Global Campus for Architecture and Design, was unveiled in December 2025 after significant renovations. This landmark project is one of the nation’s first fully electric and net-zero retrofits, investing in spaces conducive to collaboration and sustainable design.
